By using the For Keeps Gifts website and placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.

All products are subject to availability.

Prices displayed on the website are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at checkout at the time your order is placed.

Orders are only confirmed once payment has been successfully received.

For Keeps Gifts reserves the right to cancel an order where an item is unavailable, incorrectly priced due to a genuine error, or where circumstances prevent the order from being fulfilled. Where appropriate, the customer will be contacted and a refund arranged.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery and contact information supplied during checkout is accurate.

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, public holidays or unforeseen service disruptions.
